1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or participating in the Hostium program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, applicants, and program participants.

2. The Hostium Program

Hostium provides eligible businesses with free hotspot hardware and/or Wi-Fi infrastructure configuration services to eliminate indoor cellular dead zones. Participation is subject to approval by Hostium at its sole discretion. Hostium reserves the right to accept or decline any application without obligation to provide a reason.

3. No Cost to Participants

Approved participants receive hardware, shipping, installation support, and/or configuration services at no charge. Hostium funds these services through its relationships with carrier partners. Hostium does not charge businesses any fees to join, participate in, or exit the program.

4. Hardware Ownership and Return

Any hardware provided by Hostium remains the property of Hostium. You agree to use the hardware only for its intended purpose (providing hotspot coverage within your business premises) and to keep it in reasonable condition. If you choose to leave the program, you must return the hardware. Hostium will cover the cost of return shipping. You must not sell, modify, or transfer the hardware to any third party.

5. Participant Responsibilities

As a program participant, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in your application
• Maintain a reliable internet connection sufficient to support the device or configuration
• Provide access to your premises as needed for installation or service
• Notify Hostium promptly if the device is lost, stolen, damaged, or if your business closes or relocates
• Not interfere with, tamper with, or attempt to reverse-engineer any hardware or configuration provided

6. No Warranties

Hostium provides its website, hardware, and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hostium disclaims all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hostium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the program or use of our website, even if Hostium has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Hostium's total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Hostium (which in most cases is zero).

8. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the program at any time. There is no contract or minimum commitment period. Upon termination, participants using Hostium hardware must return the device as described in Section 4. Hostium may suspend or terminate participation immediately if a participant breaches these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Hostium or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
