We built Hostium because we lived the problem.
It started at the gym
We got tired of walking into the gym and instantly losing signal. No texts coming through, music cutting out, calls dropping mid-set. The fix was supposed to be the gym's Wi-Fi, except connecting meant hunting down the password, getting redirected through a portal that half the time wouldn't load, and repeating the whole thing every few days when the session expired. It was genuinely frustrating, and we knew it wasn't just us.
The problem is everywhere
Thick walls, underground levels, dense buildings. Dead zones exist in thousands of businesses across the country. Most owners know it's a problem but assume fixing it means expensive hardware or complicated IT work. It doesn't. Carriers like AT&T and T-Mobile already fund programs to solve exactly this, and Hostium manages those partnerships so businesses can access that coverage at no cost.
We're passionate about fixing this
Everyone deserves reliable coverage when they walk into a business. We believe seamless connectivity shouldn't be a luxury reserved for large enterprises with big IT budgets. It should be the default. That's what we're building toward, one business at a time.
